Error recovery for microfiche
Writes a microfiche image to tape, produces a ColorFire request for it, and deletes the image in the ADAPSERR directory. This procedure should be used if an error occurred creating database records or the microfiche tape. If an error occurs creating the database records, see User Note 1.
- IMGTYPE(AMER)
- Type of image. The type of images to process. This is indicated by the image name in the ADAPSERR directory. For example, for image "FICHE2_H957", IMGTYPE is WORLD. ^
= AMER: North America HRPT images. = WORLD: World-wide HRPT and LAC images.
- START
- Starting microfiche number. The microfiche number contained in the image name in the ADAPSERR directory. For example, for image "FICHE2_H957", START is 957. ^^^
The image "FICHE2.H957" in the ADAPSERR directory will be written to a microfiche tape and a ColorFire request generated for it.
The microfiche image in the ADAPSERR is written to tape and then deleted. A request for the ColorFire is also generated.
