Transfer Level-1b AVHRR imagery to a NOAA server
PUSHNOA will transfer Level-1b AVHRR images to a NOAA server, thereby eliminating the need to create a NOAA archive tape.
PUSHNOA will process all of the Level-0 images found in the subdirectory [.noa.sfl] of ADAPSARC. A Level-1b copy of each image found in this directory will be made, and transferred to the primary NOAA server (in the appropriate remote directory). If these transfers fail, the Level-1b images will be transferred to the secondary NOAA server (in the appropriate remote directory). Upon successful transfer, the images will be deleted from disk. Error diagnostics and processing messages will be logged in 'pushnoa;log' within ADAPSLOG.
PUSHNOA determines the name of the directory containing the images to be transferred ([.noa.sfl] subdirectory within ADAPSARC). PUSHL1B is then called to process all of the images within that directory (refer to the PUSHL1B module for more information). Error diagnostics and processing messages will be logged in 'pushnoa;log' within ADAPSLOG.
A fatal error was encountered during processing. The error message displayed immediately preceding this message is the specific error encountered.
An error was encountered while determining the name of the stop file. Ensure that ADAPSTABLES has been defined.
ARCHIVE was aborted by the user.
