At the moment there have been 2 different FVS runs implemented for Landfire data

v1 -- was used in Landfire versions 105 & 110

v2 -- was used in Landfire version 120
	-- For this version all of the FVS program files were udpated
	-- same regen files were used as v1
	-- Hardwood swithc was tested and it decided that we liked the canopy fuels better when swith was turned on
	-- Some plot analysis was performed with Chris Toney and Don Long
		* Some new plots were added and old/out of date plots were dropped
		* It was also discovered that some plots may have been recorded incorrectly, if the plots starting value
			and the starting value of FVS were greater than an 20% differece the plot was dropped from our analysis
	-- All FVS runs were re-implemented
